The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows:

·         We offer the customers to book our available delivery timeslots on our website. Customers can book their matching convenient timeslot to receive their delivery. We aim to deliver the goods on the selected timeslot. However, for unforeseen situations we can not deliver on time. We will contact you about the changes.

·         if your delivery address is in the local surrounding areas we are able to deliver to, you will be able to select a local delivery options, where you will be offered a timeslot

·         We will usually be able to deliver to the following countries and territories: 3 miles radius of our R&S Convenience Store.

·         The delivery periods set out in this policy are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.

·         We may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product, and these checks may delay your delivery. If the delivery is likely to be delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will notify you.

Delivery charges

·         Local delivery (NE22 5, NE22 6, NE22 7 postcode addresses in Bedlington) a £1.99 charge is applicable.

·         Deliveries to Out of this areas will be charged at £5 for any value of the order.

·         Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.

·         Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the products in your order.

·        You can find your delivery charge before your payment.

·         Once we received your order, as soon as possible our team will prepare and send your order for delivery. So, we are unable to refund your delivery charge for any reason after you place the order.

Return & Refund Policy

We request you to please check all the items when delivered. If you find any missing, wrong or damaged items, please return the same to the driver. The amount equivalent to the prices of those items will be refunded or items will be redelivered to you as agreed by the driver. We do not accept any returns after the driver left your premises.
